We are proud of making custom cosmetic display shelves for Natura Siberica whose aim is to help reduce the signs of ageing and keep skin looking radiant.

What’s the feature of the Siberica cosmetic display shelf?

This cosmetic display shelf is made of metal frame and acrylic holder. It is in a circular shape like toothpaste. The red part is made of acrylic which is like a cap of a pen. It is unique and attractive.  And there is an acrylic pocket for brochures. The acrylic cosmetics holder is with holes for products, which keeps the cosmetics organized. In order to meet different needs, the holder can be taken off. And you can change acrylic holders to be acrylic drawers. The custom header graphic is made of PVC, while the branding labels on the shelves front are digitally printed. There are 4 casters on this cosmetic display shelf, which made it easy to move around.

It is a free-standing display with 4 tiers. It works well for brand cosmetic stores and shops.

How do we make this cosmetic display shelf?

Below are important steps to make this display shelf.

Firstly, we got the reference design for this cosmetic display shelf with rough drawings from our client.

Secondly, we quoted a factory price to the buyer after communicating with the buyer and knowing more about their products, display requirements, quantity, workmanship, packaging, delivery time, etc.

After the price was approved and the sample order was placed, we started making technical drawings and samples.

We assembled and tested the sample before mass production. When the samples were approved, the mass production order was placed and we arranged the mass production.

It took around 10days after the sample order was placed we finished the sample and 20days for 200 pieces mass production.

What are the steps of making this cosmetic display shelf?

The first step was to choose the metal sheet and acrylic sheet according to the drawing and cut them to the size listed in the manufacturing drawing which shows all the details of the display shelf, like the thickness of the metal and acrylic, the diameter of the corners, the size of the brand and so on.

The next step was welding and polishing the metal parts to be a very smooth effect before powder coating,  and polishing the acrylic parts and acrylic holder.

Then powder coating the metal parts to be gray or the color you like and combined the metal parts to be a stand. We assembled this cosmetic display shelf and added acrylic parts and acrylic holders to check the function, size, color, logo, surface and all necessary details.

After checking all the details, we took photos and videos and sent them to the buyer, got shipping instructions and arranged a safe package and the shipment accordingly.
