Why did we make this floor corrugated cardboard display?

The buyer Jeff from the USA told us he needed a display stand to showcase his products. As he was using cardboard displays, he knew what he needed. He needs a floor display = 16″ x 10.5″ x 46.5″ Display + (3) Shelves + Header, Digital printed 4CP 1 Side, 275B#3W. Qty of 500 pcs (along with glue parts add clips/palletize). This is all the information he had and sent us the header graphic and needed a rough pricing quote and lead time.

How did we make the corrugated cardboard display for Jeff?

Our sales replied to Jeff immediately and asked him for some basic information.

Jeff replied to us that he would like to put 10 PEPERO Box in a row x 4 rows on each shelf, (Regarding the display shelves, they are each sufficient to hold approximately 25 lbs. Each Pepero box weighs 1.13oz and 40 boxes weigh a total of 2.825 lbs)and sent us the photos of his products.

After understanding his needs, we quoted him the unit price and sample costs, checked shipping costs for him, and told him this corrugated cardboard display is portable. After he confirmed the price and placed a sample order, we sent him the design mockup within 48 hours.

Jeff confirmed the design and we finished the sample in 3 days and sent him the photos and video.

At the same time, we checked the shipping costs of the sample for Jeff. “Hi Jeff, the packing size of this sample is 1610*69*50mm, and it is 5.1 kg, we checked the express cost, which is USD 161 by UPS which takes 5-7 days to arrive. You can check the costs on your side too, you can choose the cheaper way. ” After Jeff confirmed that he wanted to ship out the sample, we arranged the shipment for him and sent him the tracking number on the next day.

Above is the process we made the corrugated cardboard display to meet Jeff’s needs and he received the sample 5 days later. The sample is finished but we do not finish this project. We also follow up on this project and want to know whether this corrugated cardboard display works for his products well.
